Kay is an accredited practitioner in the 360' Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI). This online tool assesses and measures the emotional and social behaviours that people can change – not the personality traits they can’t. The ESCI works effectively as part of a tailored coaching programme. This is about focusing on the areas of leadership that really matter- the ability to bring out the best in ourselves and others.
We also work with organisations on specific HR projects where our aim is always to avoid any unnecessary bureaucracy.
